It's great. The employer didn't put any pressure during the interview. It was a good time to talk with them. They asked you a lot about your background and the project you did before. So prepare well for the your resume.
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.

An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.
