Multiple in person interviews first in Houston then in Merville, Indiana. Initial screening interview was by phone. Then I had an interview in the Houston office followed by 3 trips to Indiana.

Entrevista
1.) Phone Screen with HR. 2.) Microsoft Teams interview with two hiring managers. They both had canned HR questions in a STAR format. It was a very standard, sterile, corporate interview process with time for my questions at the end. 3.) Over the next 4 weeks, I followed up with HR and with the hiring managers via email. No response to my multiple attempts to see if the position was still open. 4.) On a random Tuesday at 4am, I received a Workday notification stating "We have made the decision to move forward with other candidates". Ghosted for a month, no offers.
