Received a call for a phone screening less than a week after applying. Conducted phone screening and was invited for an interview. Interviewed with the recruiter and team manager using the STAR method. I received the questions before the interview so I was well prepared. I was asked 3 or 4 additional personality questions by the manager that the recruiter didn't have. I thought that was a good sign. They were trying to discover if I would be a good fit for the team.
