I was contacted by Tom in the recruitment team to discuss the role and my experience. Not long afterwards i was inveted to a face to face interview with the department Head/ Director and Tom. The interview was freindly and welcoming and a really relaxed chat about my experience, technical questions and projects that were currently being worked on and in the future. The next day i was asked to come in for a 2nd interview where i met the team i would be working with and had an opportunity to get to know them and have a cup of coffee and see the work area. I thought this was a really nice touch, when i was offered and started i wasn't nervous about who i would be working with as i had already met them
