A recruiter reached out to me for the Outbound Sales Representative role. I told her I wasn't interested in cold calling and she assured me this wasn't a part of the job. Based on that, we both decided to move forward in the interview process. The interview consisted of two people interviewing me via zoom. One said he was in the Phillipines and couldn't turn on his camera and the other one was "busy working on something" during the interview. They took turns drilling me back and forth but it felt as if they weren't listening to me at all.
