2 part process, over 2 weeks. First was video chat for 15 mins, then a few days later was in person which included a tour of the office. It was professional but also casual.

Interview was about 40min. They asked many behavioural questions - like case study scenarios of how you'd actually coach clients with their health and fitness. Near the end of the interview I had the chance to ask questions and then they shared about compensation. FYI: 40K/year base salary + reviews/bonus based on performance
