Very professional, always came back by or before the date they said they would and I got the sense my resume had been carefully reviewed before calling me in. Three personality tests required prior to in-person interview, and a copyediting exercise at the in-person. Only downside is that the job requirements changed partway through the process - it happens, and I can appreciate that the needs of the business evolve, but it would have been nice to know before making an out-of-state journey to interview in person.
