Overall I would say the process was efficient and organized. I applied through LinkedIn and did three interviews in total. The first interview was over the phone with their hiring manager, who asked about my background and interest in the role. Then I had a Skype interview that was based on more behavioural questions. The last interview was with their President. He was very straightforward about the role itself, expectations, etc. They regularly followed up and clarified any questions I had. Find ways to show how you are interested in the role itself and what you can bring to it based on past experience, how you are as a worker, etc. Although this role has some sales aspects, you need to have an interest in the technology industry. They are looking for someone who fits the company culture as well - from what I experienced, they are looking for someone who is motivated, intelligent, and resourceful. I also found that they appreciated honesty when it came to answering more difficult questions.
