I had one interview with a library manager describing the position followed by a brief test on numerical organization. Afterwords I was contacted about a few days later from the library's hiring manager stating I had gotten the position.

This role is meant for students so the interview focuses on who you are, what your passions are, and how you can help patrons and branch growth. Focus on how you would handle daily interactions with patrons, planning programs, and forming community.

Interviews in person with managing library, went over my resume and work experience. Asked basic questions relevant to the job, why I wanted to work there, and let me know by the end of the interview if I was hired or not.

After submitting my resume, I waited for one week to get an interview invitation. Then I received an offer call 10 days later. Most are general questions and I truly enjoying talking with the team.
