Disappointing experience and waste of my time. Long drawn out process, almost 2 months before I decided to withdraw.. There was poor communication with interviewers in scheduling and relaying information across teams. Position was also posted as 'REMOTE' but ended up not only needing to be in Austin but needing to be in the office a few days a week. Even if it's a couple of hours, that is hybrid, not remote which I was fine with but providing clear and transparent information is crucial for attracting qualified and motivated candidates. Overall, the lack of consideration for my time and having to repeat myself with the same questions after the final round was a big no for me.
