One interview. Usually 1 interview, assessment centre and presentation. Questions were based around the company/how much you know about their values and culture. Not a cut throat recruitment company. Asked about hobbies/why you would be good at recruitment, and what skills you have that would make you good for the job. Commitment was also tested.
