Called by HR with technical questions! I asked about a couple of pictures with engineering concepts, and I answered them thoroughly (despite HR could not tell if my explanations make sense or not). HR was reporting the final answer if A is larger or B! Did not pass this step! I am not sure if this hiring method is even cost-effective and how they measure the qualification of a Ph.D. applicant by wasting the HR time on technical questions! Very disappointed!
