I was shortlisted because of my resume was almost matching 95% with the job description. Took a long time get an interview email. after interview there was no response for 30 days at all. When asked a feed back, received an email with rejection immediately.

The proposed salary was not aligned with the role’s responsibilities, and several interview questions were unrelated to both the position and my professional background. Due to the lack of professionalism and relevance, I have decided not to continue with this application.
