Entrevista
It is a three-hour process. Firstly, I had a group discussion with 3-6 candidates. Depending on how well we do, we get interviewed by the seniority-level staff on that particular day. For instance, if you do very well in the group discussion, you get interviewed by an Engineer of high seniority who may be your hiring manager. If you do not do well, you still get interviewed by someone but with low seniority.
Interview maybe competency-based or strength based more info will be given in your invite. After one or two weeks, we get results.

Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time you worked in a group, and one question definitely on inclusion and one on safety.
Easier to get in to the police, they wanted bank statements, proof there was zero gaps in employment, the lot. Multiple interviews over a long period of time, all for a terrible salary offer, couldn’t believe my eyes when I seen it was time and a TENTH for overtime.
