Positive - 2 ppl in attendance including HR and hiring manager - described the job role and then spent 30 min on questions followed by open forum to ask questions.
The interview consisted of safety related questions and behavioural questions asking for examples of where I have demonstrated the Network Rail behaviours. They send out guidance on how to structure you answers with the interview invite, it was really helpful to use this.
