A long process that took over 3 months start to finish. An online application, followed by psychometric assessments, followed by video interview, followed by in-person interview, followed by presentation (because they somehow forgot to send out the presentation task ahead of the interview). At offer stage, it turns out they mis-advertised the salary, so the salary they posted as available for experienced hires wasn't available for anyone. Despite this, I accepted their job offer only to have them rescind it a week later without giving a reason why. Overall a really poor experience and not something I'd expect from a poor public sector employer.
