Applied after coming across the role on OU recruitment fair. Before attending the interview, I had to complete a number of online tests, followed by a CV submission. On attending the interview, I was made to feel at ease and was also welcomed in a positive way. The interview was based on the NR 8 NTS competencies, followed by a few additional questions and a safety focused question. The panel were welcoming and professional. The questions were hard but so long as you plan beforehand you should be able to answer them all.
