The process started with repeated missed calls instead of simply scheduling a time, which felt inefficient. I was then asked to come in the next day for a second HR interview with the same person, who didn’t remember our previous conversation and asked me to repeat everything.
The address I received led to an employees-only parking lot with no clear visitor instructions — in a neighborhood that wasn't nice. The questions were outdated ("What are your strengths and weaknesses?"), and I never heard back afterward — not even a rejection.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and dismissive. I hope they improve their approach to candidates.
