Stop ghosting on applicants. Stay true to your marketing. A company boasting about respect, values and culture on social/professional media cannot even acknowledge an applicant. Straight away ghosting is not a respectful.

The interview process was a great experience. I had the opportunity to have intelligent well thought out discussions during the multiple interviews I had with the Netskope team. The talent acquisition person was very direct, helpful, and kept me informed on the process. It was a pleasure working with him. If I had to do it all over again, I would in a heart beat. Netskope is lining up to be a great fit for myself and foresee being here for many years to come.
