Very "chill process" - most focus on social capabilities but of course also technical competence. In comparison to other employers it is definitely technically easier. First step is a call, only talking about interests and seeing match, second is a technical case, and third is a partner intervju
I was first contacted by someone from Talent Search. We had a coffee chat in their beautiful Stockholm office. About a week later I had a technical interview with two consultants in the same office. Then I had a super easy remote coding interview with a consultant from the Munich office. Finally I met with a Partner in the Stockholm office and we chatted for about an hour.
