The process itself was extremely long. Went through 4 separate interviews starting with the recruiter, to department lead, a manager and last interview with a director in my field all via phone and/or zoom. Overall it took a month to go through the process. They are heavily focused on the “culture” and was asked multiple times if I read their lengthy handbook pertaining to it. I found out through a colleague a few weeks later I didn’t get the job and it was ultimately given to someone the hiring manager personally knew. A year later the position was eliminated due to the company wide layoffs.
