Netchemia is an exciting company with good prospects. I got referred by an ex-employee for a developer position. First I had a phone interview for about 45 min regarding my past work and interests. The caller was very friendly and genuinely interested in me. Then, I had two one site interviews. During the first onsite, I was interviewed by three interviewers (all technical guys). Most of the questions were directed towards my past work. During the second on-site, higher management interviewed me. This was more tougher as it was a 4 on 1 interview and included the CEO and the COO of the company. Finally they offered me the position for a price I asked but I had to refuse it purely because I decided to move from Kansas City due to family reasons. Over all, the people were amazing and management does care about its employees. I would definitely recommend this company to developers out there. Interesting Note- Although I am a core CS guy with great programming back ground I did not have any knowledge of the main technologies they use and yet they offered me a position which is a very good sign indicating that the company cares more about the talent than the existing knowledge which can go out dated in few years.
