Interview Experience:
Two recruiter screening calls followed by an onsite face-to-face interview.
Pros:
The interview panel were friendly and welcoming.
Cons:
I never received any feedback after the interview. In hindsight, the panel spent most of the session talking about themselves rather than assessing my experience. After putting in the time to prepare and travel, it was disappointing not to receive even a standard rejection email.
Overall Impression:
Could have been a positive experience if the process had been handled with more professionalism and respect for candidates’ time.
