The process consisted of 4 stages: HR representative interview (imformal), project manager interview, homework assignment and test/technical interview in office. The last stage was most difficult and I was given various technical tasks to solve and it took more than 4 hours. 2 days after the last interview I got a call with a job offer.

Entrevista
First step is a technical examination. Examination involves programming, problem solving and a little about database. Then, there is an initial interview from HR.
After this, there is a technical interview from the team where you will be assigned. They will measure your thinking ability as well as object oriented programming ability. Also, they will know more about your background in testing and software development.
Overall, the experience is very good and the people are very accommodating. Also, the HR counterpart are very keen in informing about the progress of application

Entrevista
At first I was contacted by a recruiter and he sent me a homework (algorithmic problems and SQL queries). One week later I was in NetSuite on a social round with two QA directors. This meeting was about 2 hours long. Then I was on a technical round. It was long, about 4 hours. After that I had a meeting with my potential manager. Day after I got an offer.
