The hiring process was smooth and professionally carried out by the recruiters. On the initial stage, the interviewer was accommodating and I felt relaxed during the conversation making the interviewee engaged while I was thinking. The hr recruiter was very good in coordinating the next interview process with the peer and management interview. It was basically organized that all details were provided in the sms and email. Regarding the interview with the team lead and peers, I was able to successfully pass the interview because they are very engaging and enthusiastic during the interview. First is the phone interview then next is the manager interview and lastly HQ interview. First interview is just about getting to know your experiences and reason why you leave your job.
