The process is fast and efficient. First, you will be scheduled for an HR Interview and Tech Interview on the same day. Then you have to wait for a couple of days up to a week for the interview with the Department Head, and then wait for another few days up to a week for an offer. The process took almost 3 weeks, which is fast compared to other multi-national companies. The HR officers are excellent. I asked questions on my interview, and I found out that the culture here is very good in terms of work-life balance and career growth. The office is nice and so are the HR officers.

The interview process involved three stages: a phone interview with the recruitment team, a technical interview with the hiring team, and a final interview with the hiring manager. The recruitment officer of NetSuite Philippines who processed my application was very helpful during the entire process --- giving me detailed instructions regarding the next steps and some very useful guidelines. She also gave immediate feedback regarding my application status and was very approachable. The hiring team and hiring manager gave me an interesting interview process as well because, not only was I able to share my technical and logical skills, I also learned from them as the interview turned out more like a peer discussion.
