I gave my CV to a friend of mine who works at Netsuite and I was initially profiled by HR as an Assistant Manager for Accounts Payable having had a supervisory background. However, when I browsed their website, I saw this position and read through the job description. I then discovered that being a support specialist is the career path I wanted to take. When I showed up for the HR interview, I told them of the position i wanted to pursue and the recruiter graciously transferred me to another recruiter assigned for the post I wanted. I was immediately scheduled for an HR interview and an exam. The next 4 interviews that followed were well-coordinated and accommodates my work schedule so the interviews went perfectly well in terms of timing. The interviewers were very professional and punctual. The experience was enjoyable and it gives the interviewee the feeling of wanting to work with Netsuite. From peer to director, they exude an aura of enjoying their work in Netsuite. I specifically commend Andz Antonio from recruitment for keeping me updated every step of the process. The overall experience will excite an applicant to be a part of the Netsuite family.

As questions were based on my CV, answering was not difficult. The question i expected the interviewers to ask was why I did not pursue a higher position. This is also not a difficult question to answer and something I was very willing to explain. The interviewers were all open-minded and they understood my message clearly.

The hiring process took about 4 weeks and was handled very professionally.
I had a total of 4 interviews:
1. Phone interview with the HR
2. Exam and in-person interview with the HR again
3. Technical interview with the Manager
4. Technical and Behavioral interview with the Senior Manager
Hours after the final interview, the HR gave me a referral to undergo the medical exam and also conducted the background checking on the same day. After a couple of days, the HR gave me the job offer, and the contract a week after.

Entrevista
Before being interviewed, you have to take examinations. 2 sets: More on accounting theories/principles and Essay. They were not easy but not difficult too. Just review concepts on General Accounting and CVP analysis. The essay is just practical. No time limit so take your time.
They will let you know within 2 weeks (max.) when you passed. They will set interviews after:
1) Recruitment Staff Interview - via phone. More on verification of your education and work experience. A little situational questions. Friendly interviewer. He/she will the one who will keep you posted until JO.
2) Team Leads Interview - face to face with 2 TLs. More on technical/accounting questions. The recruitment rep who interviewed you via phone will give you detailed tips on this. I am not sure the maximum period you have to wait to know if you passed. But as to my case, they told me to wait right after the interview. I waited 3-5 mins then the interviewers told me I passed and wait for the Recruitment's advice for the next/final interview.
3)Manager Interview - face to face. More on situational questions and assessment on your commitment.
All the interviewers were so accommodating and friendly. Just be nice also! :)

I had 4 series of interviews; HR interview, panel technical interview, manager interview and 2 director interview. Technical interview is the most challenging since I was given a technical exam and I need to answer all the questions in 10 minutes. But the rest of the interviews were average interview mostly questions are more about career goals, former employers and family background.
