Multi-stage. The first step was a phone interview and if a good fit you are invited for an in person interview. Upon arrival, there is a written assessment with open-ended question to see how you would respond in possible scenarios. Then there is a math assessment, mainly converting percentages. After that you have an initial interview and if qualified a final interview is conducted, either same day or another.

i met with two guys that conducted my interview. they made the decision to hire me before i left the interview. i had to pass an math assessment before the interview process started. they offered me water.
