From my first screening call to the day I had an offer was just over a month. After the recruiter, I spoke with the hiring manager who told me, "This isn't really you, what do you think about this?" I next spoke with their directors, who I'd be working with extensively, followed by about two weeks (people were on PTO), and I got my offer the Thursday before Labor Day (just before shutdown).
