phone screen with the hiring manager then a full day onsite interview with 5 people in the team. Pretty crappy experience, one of the interviewers was completely unprepared and didn't know what to even ask. When I got the offer (had competing offers) recruiter just tried to hardball me straight up and gave me a 1 week exploding offer. Ended up not taking the offer and probably best decision of my life. Recruiter helped me dodge a bullet
