They called me and wasted all ours time. Had a telephonic round and a face to face round with senior manager and one with a VP as well. In evening the HR called and told me about how impressed they were and how they want me to join at the earliest and so to complete all formalities and paperwork that day itself, which I did btw. Next day another HR calls me and says she wants to negotiate further on my already agreed package. Which I negotiated in the very beginning and asked not to waste my time otherwise. I gave her 5-10% further but she wasn't happy and said will let me know. She never called back. Didn't lose on anything, only my time, which i explicitly requested them not to do, but those were good interviews.
