Received call from the HR to go in for an interview the next day. I didn't apply. They got my CV from a recruitment firm. 2 oral interviews. First with HR & the person heading the department. Got call for 2nd interview after 2 weeks.

Entrevista
Initial call with a recruitment specialist (standard intro call, including role details and transparent salary/package details). Second stage is an interview with the direct line manager, with the last stage being a Case Study - requires preparation and presentation of your marketing plan.
First call with HR was good, they explain what expectations of the role are and you get the opportunity to explain what you bring to the table with your experience.
