Phone call and then Skype. Phone was screening by the HR team and Skype was with the actual department. I lived in Van and the job was in Toronto so I could skype instead of being flown in

Interview was quite short- a time was provided for first interview was over the phone, not very personable interviewee questions were quite basic and generalised, not necessarily related to job role
