Entrevista
4 rounds interviews were conducted both technical and non-technical from Ness and client side. Couple of rounds from Ness and couple of rounds from Client. All the interviewers were very cordial and interviews were smooth and to the point. Both Ness and client have briefed about their own work culture and other relevant things too. It felt more of a general discussion than that of a interview. The HR was always available throughout the interview process and updated the progress of selection frequently. The onboarding was virtual and specific interface is being used to make it hassle-free.

Schedule interview and interviewer will not join on time,.we must be on hold till they come and they count the schedule from that min, when we ask for updates the HR/Recruitment team is abusive and very indecent in answering, it's a butter experience I ever had with any company till now.

Interview process is very poor. Company want you to join immediately, but interview process is very late. You go to company location for interview, no HR receives you. You have to simply wait for tech panel to approach you. If you clear the 1st round, next round is not proactively informed by HR, you have to keep on followup
