Hiring process is very bad, the very first step - 1. Unable to schedule an interview with candidate directly, depending on bob technologies like third party people, HR side worst. 2.At last scheduled my interview done successfully First round of technical with 2 members , then i got feedback from third party people saying i was selected then there will be 2nd round with Project Manager, then next day they were changed and asking me to come to their BOB technologies office for technical round in skype with their customer ness technologies with all the original documents of experience and education, then i dough-ted i said i cannot come if it is a bob technology office instead of ness office, then ness HR called me and scheduled an interview with ness team in ness office, bangalore, but it is not PM round, it is purely technical round for 1 hour, then i got feed back i was selected, then hr told me i will have customer round from usa, but before that she wants all my documents for hr round, then i sent all the scanned copies of documents, then i got call from HR, discussed about hr related stuff, asked for the salary and all finally told we will relese offer letter tommorrow, i was waited till next day did not receive offer letter, then i sent a mail to hr asking for udpate\status, no reply from
