Hiring processes was very messy. Proceeded till the 2nd last round and did the interview with reporting manager, head of department. However, because the HR in-charge of my interview had left the company, there was a lot of waiting as I did not know that the HR left until I followed up again 2 weeks later. First, I tried emailing the HR (there was only 1 email address I could contact to) and then had no response. Decided to email the head of HR after and hesistated to do so because didn't want to sound too desperate or pushy, and then got informed that the person in charge left. She assured me that the interview is not impacted and I will proceed to the final round (case presentation). However, I never got any follow ups on it (or even questions on the case) even after emailing twice 2 weeks later since speaking to the head of HR. Did not proceed to do further follow-ups as I believe that the company might not be interested to hire anyone & instead I accepted another job offer. Through a quick LinkedIn search, found out around 6 months later that the reporting manager is no longer there and there was no one that was hired at all
