The interview consisted of two stages. In the first stage I have met two HR managers and in the second stage I met two team managers. The focus of the first interview was to get a solid understanding of Nepa's area of operations and of me as a candidate. The second interview focused on the discussion around industries with which Nepa is working and understanding how my experience and background can contribute to the role.
