Very unprofessional people and team, as they have shortlisted me in first round of phone screening ,but they abruptly ended second interview midway, stating I dont have required skills, They should seriously improve the iinterview process without wasting anyone else time

Interview with Leads and Managers for tech screen.
Then I get a call that they want to set up 3 hours next interview, all was set. then they came back with policy change no more remote. No even asking if I can work from office. seems like cheap play. I would suggest just stay away from this unsure company.
