Email - Coding Assessment - Interview with SDE director - Interview with a senior engineer Very enlightening interview process. Interviewers were very nice. The coding assessment is a bit time-consuming but really reflects the knowledge background of an Engineer. Can’t say much about the coding challenge but it was different from LeetCode-style questions, and it was not very easy nor hard. I like the way they assess applicants and I hope more companies can do it like Neocis.
