Took 3 rounds - 1. Apptitude test 2. Managerial round 3. Technical Interview was on saturday and took nearly 3-4 hours. I dont think its a cmm level 5 company. They just take interviews for timepass and waste our saturdays and are not at all capable of giving good packages. They offer you 10-15 percent hike plus they ask you to sign 18 months bond.Hr are useless. I got shortlisted but was not offered good package based onmy experience. Please dont join this firm .
