Entrevista
The hiring process for this position involved a phone interview followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview was approximately 45 minutes. The interviewer informed me on the company and what the position entailed. The in person interview lasted around an hour and asked me questions regarding my resume. After the interview was completed, I was given a brief tour of the laboratory. Both interviewers were professional and informative.

Entrevista
The hiring for this position was a two-step process. First was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview at one of their locations a few weeks later. Both interviews were conducted by two different, but respectful and friendly managers of the company. The phone interview was 10-15 minutes, and included basic interview questions. The interviewer gave me constructive feedback and a lot of helpful information pertaining to the position and the company. The in-person interview lasted over an hour for me, and mainly asked me questions about my resume and why I would be a good fit for NeoGenomics.
