Entrevista
Starts with an intro call with a director of engineering. Then a culture interview with another director and a senior manager. Lastly, the tech round with 3 senior engineers. The technical interview consists of a pair programming session, either in OOP or functional programming, and a code design session.

Entrevista
The interview process was okay. There were three rounds. First one with the director of a team, second one was with two senior managers and third technical round with two junior developers (who does not know how to take interview, taking the interview for first time) and one senior developer (who was rude and does not want to give any answers to your questions at the end). No response after getting the rejection when I asked for the review. Two interviewers were at very Junior level and they probably don't have any work to do with the system design and they asked the question about it. If you are going to give the interview at Neo then keep in mind that you are not going to get a good interviewers who can evaluate your potential. Most frustrating thing about the technical interview was that one of the interviewer joined 15 minutes late. So we had to wait for him and then he was complaining about the time constraint to complete the live code. LOL!
