I feel like the interveiw and hiring process was very thorough. When they had called me back to set up an interview they first asked a series of questions over the phone, while at the same time being extremly nice and making me feel comfortable. Then I had gone in for my in person interview and had the office manager come in to ask me a series of questions followed by the Doctor coming in and also spending his own time interviewing me and makeing me agian feel very comfortable, while in such a stressful situation. Each had basically asked my veiws on patient care along with my strong and weak areas of this proffesion. Following that I had a working interview where I got to work for a half of a day and meet the whole staff which was very nice. From there I was hired!!
