Process took 4 weeks from date of application. Applied online after seeing job post in a LinkedIn Group for non-clinical Vet Med careers, and received email from CEO 2 weeks later. From there, scheduled a 15 minute screening call over Google, and was told I would be moving to the next round, also over Google. The person I was scheduled to meet with had "Product Consultant" listed in their email signature, and "Account Executive" listed on the Nectarvet website and on LinkedIn. I assumed I would first be speaking with someone in the same role as me, which made me feel relaxed going into the interview. The person was several minutes late to the interview. They started by asked me some general questions about my current role, why I was leaving and why I applied to their company. They then asked if I had any questions, of which I had a few. After roughly 30 minutes, I was told they did not have enough time on their schedule to complete the rest of my interview, and asked if I was available later in the day. It had seemed like the interview was winding down, but I agreed to set aside another hour later in the day. The second half of the interview consisted of 5-6 math riddles and some standard interview questions like who is someone you admire, what is your biggest weakness, etc. Finally, I was given a 5 minute demo of their software and after seeing the AI feature work they asked me how I would sell their product on LinkedIn. The company is recruiting former veterinary staff/veterinary sales professionals and asking questions designed for engineers. I sent a follow-up thank you to the person who interviewed me but was ghosted.
