Straightforward HR recruiter call, followed by the 30 min Teams meeting with 3 team members that was by far the most awkward interview I've ever had. Very unprofessional, sloppy and clearly unprepared. Followup was assessment to finish in 1 hour precisely (didn't check in if I was available). Week later got an impersonal rejection email.

Screening call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (~30 min), interview with 2 managers (1 hr). I found the first interviewer robotic and hard to get a read on. The managers, however, were engaged and personable. At the interview with the managers, I was told that they were looking to move promptly and to expect to hear back within a week, and that my contact point remains the Talent Acquisition Partner I was already in contact with. This time came and went. I reached out to the Talent Acquisition Partner to ask if there were any updates they could share. An hour later I received an automated rejection email. There was a lot of foot dragging throughout the entire process.
