This interview was very typical of a tpycal interview process. The interview process was first telephonic and then it was in person. I knew at the time of the interview if I had a job offer or not.

Entrevista
One on one in person meeting with Sales Manager after phone screening with in house recruiter. A second interview was part of the hiring process. That second interview was with Managing Partner.

Entrevista
Met with a sales manager and he gave a brief overview of Penn mutual (their main provider). 100% commission position, unless you have absolutely no experience. They deal with high end clients. They focus on having quality agents (not a revolving door). They will help you get clients but only if you ask.
