I met them at a career fair, spoke with a recruiter, left a resume, and got called for an interview. I met with a couple of recruiters for the interview. Initially it sounded great, but then I dug around and found that mechanical engineers don't seem to add much value there. You do seem to make a lot of money though.

Typical stuff, what I like to do, behavioral questions, etc. They were skittish about anyone with a master's degree, I assume because they're even harder to keep around than usual.

Went through two interviews after applying for job at PSNS through virtual career fair. First interview was a phone screen that was very easy and straightforward. Second interview was with hiring manager who was very friendly and easy going.
Both interviews were simple and made me feel confident after the call.
No technical or “brain teaser” type questions. Just talked about myself and why I want to work for the Navy.

On campus interview then second interview on the phone. Easy questions relating to your education and your personality. First interview was with a recruiter in person and after that you may get recommended for a second interview. Students with 3.5 or higher GPA's were interviewed for nuclear jobs.
