Simple online application, quick turnaround time. Applied here and at another lifeguard maintenance company, and had this job before I even got a call from the other. Asked easy questions about myself, and why I wanted to be a lifeguard. Offered me a job in the interview.
one interview. job offer on spot. great place to work at in high school or college. fun work environment and easy going management and interview process also great pay. highly recommend. dont forget to put on sunscreen. also dont be on your phone its easy to get caught at the wrong time distracted

Entrevista
After applying for the position, HR will call you to set up a 15-30 min interview. Unless your schedule is extremely limited or you have unrealistic salary expectations (this is supposed to be an entry-level, hourly, seasonal job!!), you will walk out of the interview with a job.
