I applied from NI websites, 10 days later I got an email in order to have an interview. Interview has been proceed via google hangout, it took around 30-40 minutes.
In general every process was understandable and normal.

Entrevista
The selection process at Native Instruments was very smooth. I was really surprised by the dedication of the HR team and above all by the transparency and clarity with which the process was carried out. I was always told in advance the predicted waiting times for feedback and I had detailed information about who would interview me and the topics to prepare.

One of the questions I was asked was:
Case study scenario, they described a marketing campaign situation and I had to tell in detail each of the elements that I would have to handle as a project manager. What departments I would have to contact, what assets to prepare, how to manage the campaign preparation time and how to organize the team for this task.

6 interviews in total. Round interviews with other internal stakeholders. Last interview with the CMO. Smooth and transparent process. Some time between each part of the process, total time between first and last interview three months.
