As first contact with HR about general requirements, my very own working situation and personal interest in the job. In a second conference call the department head was involved, asked more job related questions and gives deeper information about the job itself. The third contact was a meeting at the HQ in Berlin. I was shown the working conditions and meet potential colleagues.
